A most important concern in the purchase of insurance is claims service. The Sloan Insurance staff takes an active part in settling your claims. The owners have had many years of company claims training and they are there to make sure that you receive an equitable and fast settlement of your claims. Sloan Insurance can even pay some of your smaller claims right in our office.
When you have a claim, we want you call us first! If it is necessary to then report it to the company via an 800 number, we are prepared to help you with that task and keep you informed of the claim process until conclusion.
If you happen to have a claim with another driver, we will help you with that process as well, including contacting the other company and assisting you in reaching a fair settlement.
